Standard Operating Procedure

All clients are to be respected and listened to as to what is important to them.
All clients may view and consider any property without providing any documentation(including ID) or any form of fee.
Any client that needs any assistance in applying for any apartment will receive any assistance required completely free of charge.
If client is not accepted for an apartment for any reason 100% of any money paid shall be returned immediately.
All client’s questions will be answered truthfully and in a timely manner both before and after lease signing.
Regardless of financial situation all clients to be treated with honesty and integrity.
